Week 42 Recap

Monday – 60 min bush walk, 60 min restorative yoga class w/Kerri

Tuesday – nothing

Wednesday – 60 min bush walk, 90 min yoga class w/Cate

Thursday – Started swinging my bells again!  250 sh & dh swings w/8kg (TR 2013 #1).  Felt great!

Friday – 30 min road walk

Saturday –  TR 2013 #2 (300 sh & dh swings w/8kg & 12kg), 3×30 sec planks, 30 min yoga, foam rolling and joint mobility while watching rugby

Sunday – 75 min yin yogaglo, 60 min restorative yoga in front of the fire in the afternoon
