I haven’t seen it yet but apparently there is an excellent article about Andrea U-Shi Chang in the January issue of Oprah magazine. She is an RKC Team Leader, CK-FMS (Certified Kettlebell and Functional Movement Specialist) and Z-Health Certified Instructor. Per her bio – she has been training with kettlebells since 2005.
We usually don’t get magazines down in my little neck of the woods of Australia until about a month after they’ve been released in the USA but you can be sure I’ll be keeping my eye out for this issue.
I find it very inspirational to read about other people doing kettlebells – especially women. Usually when I mention that I’m training with kettle bells – people are like….”what? CATTLEbells?”. Maybe it’s my SOUTHERN Dakota accent? 🙂 Oh well….for now I’m just enjoying my CATTLEbell workouts.
I’m loving the high volume workouts by Tracy right now. Thirty minutes and I’ve had my cardio and strength training done and dusted. I may switch it up in the future but why change what is working? I’m getting results and I’m enjoying the workouts. Seriously – I can’t think of any good reason to make a change at this point.
Off to the beach. Think today might be the first swim of the season.
