5:30AM:  23 min seated mindfulness meditation

6AM:  30 min road walk

6:30AM: 30 min kettlebell routine ala Tania (dh swings & 1/2 TGU x10; dh swings & deadlift x20)

7:15AM:  40 min yoga nidra

2:15PM:  60 min restorative yoga class

4PM:  30 min savasana

6PM:  30 foam rolling/stretching

Food choices:  good.  No processed carbs.  No sugar.

Physically I feel good.  A little stiff after yesterday’s KB workout.  Knee was a little achy when I started walking this morning but not painful.
